Knights of the Zodiac is DIC's reworking of the anime series Saint Seiya for American television. Many of the violent scenes and any physical contact between characters during battle have been cut right out. DIC has also coloured the blood, blue or purple, in an unsuccessful attempt to disguise it. They have replaced the misic by synth music without any major themes and coupled that with characters talking in monotone.
