Even before an asteroid slammed into her spacecraft, Princess Luna of Transylvania had mysterious and terrifying premonitions but the accident thrusts her into a purely psychic realm that finally allows her to comprehend these visions. It seems that a creature known as Genma, which has already left a trail of destruction in its wake, is on its way to Earth. When Luna once again assumes her physical state, she gathers her forces to fight the upcoming evil. Each of her supporters also gains psychic powers - and helping them all is a powerful cyborg named Veda with an ancient grudge against Genma. But are Luna's allies already too late?
