A single Mega-corporation owns most of Japan but there are still small areas of rebellion, in particular there is a small town run by hoodlums, delinquents, and punks. They represent an odd groups of 'freedom fighters' that want to do away with the corporation. Far more interesting to this typical plot is the arrival of a possibly supernatural stranger known as the Darkside. His past is surrounded in mystery, and his powers are far above any other person's.
