Red-haired Kei and black-haired Yuri are 'Trouble Consultants' who handle difficult assignments for the World's Welfare Work Association; they prefer the epithet 'Lovely Angels' to 'Dirty Pair'. Their assignments range from breaking the hold of a technologically rigged theocracy to unmasking a crooked gambling satellite. The scantily clad Kei and Yuri are always ready for a fight or another wisecrack and the show is made up of equal parts cleavage, action, and comedy.
