Gunslinger Sheyenne Rainstorm is awakened by Herculean scientist Kiel Aronnax, and finds he has the body of an adolescent boy. Even in juvenile form, he can handle an ARMS, an ancient, super-powerful weapon. But he wants his adult body, so he and Kiel wander the desert planet of Far Gaia on the trail of body-shaped treasures. Along the way, they pick up Isaac, a cute, wisecracking beastie. The trio continually crosses paths with three would-be treasure hunters: sorceress Loretta, who uses Tarot-like cards, vampire Mirabelle, and their cute, obnoxious pet Jerusha, a former mate of Isaac's.
